By accessing or using Doctray ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Doctray is a cloud-based clinic management platform that provides tools for patient registration, token queue management, billing, digital prescriptions, inventory tracking, and appointment scheduling. Each clinic gets a dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourclinic.doctray.in).
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Doctray, including patient records, prescriptions, and billing data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, hosting provider issues).
Doctray is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
